Job Purpose:

Position manages a variety of highly responsible Human Resources and Accounting administrative duties. Must have the ability to exercise confidentiality, independent judgment, employ basic reasoning skills, and multi-task. Support to the Human Resources and Accounting management staff.

Duties:

Responsible for checking messages and emails; maintaining company records by filing and shredding; responding to general employee/customer questions; verifying and processing new employee onboarding; collating benefit packets; updating and adding new employees to database; issuing new employee credentials; inputting and processing accounts payable; bank statement reconciliation; directing incoming and outgoing mail; ordering office supplies; completing various projects for the management staff; and other tasks as assigned.

Administrative Support to Human Resources Manager and ControllerWelcome employees/customers/vendors by greeting them, in person or on the phone; answering or referring inquiriesAssists with delivering core HR processes like onboarding, terminations, status changes, timekeeping, benefits, and trainingCompile and keep personnel recordsAnswer phones - assist with inquiries, forward calls as appropriateAssists with bank reconciliation, accounts payable, monthly closingsCopies data and compiles records and reportsCompletes routine data entryComposes and types routine correspondence; makes copies and scans correspondence and printed materialsOrganizes and maintains file system.Email: Check invoice@satxgolf.com and forward messages as appropriateOffice Supply Management and arranges for office equipment maintenanceIncoming/Outgoing Mail; including email and faxesOther tasks and projects as assignedContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

1-2 Years Administrative Assistant/Human Resources/Accounting experience; Knowledge of HR & Accounting Principles and Procedures; Discretion; Confidentiality; Phone Etiquette; Excellent Customer Service; Positive Attitude; Attention to Detail; Organization; PC Proficiency; Microsoft Excel-Word Proficiency; Typing; Productivity; Dependability; Coachability; Good Communication, Active Learning, Active Listening, and Critical Thinking Skills; Spanish language proficiency preferred, but not required.

Salary Description

$20 per hour
