QA Automation Tester - INTL - INDIA

Insight Global is seeking a QA Automation Tester in India to support a Fortune 500 manufacturing client of ours. This is a key role in helping the Application Development team deliver success to the business stakeholders. Collaborate with the Software Development teams and other Product Owners to understand the requirements and automate the test scenarios for all the new development projects. Log, communicate, prioritize, and track defects and issues appropriately and recommend corrective action whenever required. Work with the development team and Database Administrators to identify system deficiencies and escalate to appropriate teams for timely resolution of issues. Deliver quality products by thoroughly testing throughout all phases of development life cycle (Regression, Functional, Integration, End to End testing) using a combination of testing methods. The QA analyst must understand basic concepts, terminology, and practical application of current and emerging technologies. Extensive analytical abilities and technical skills to evaluate alternative approaches and to recommend the most feasible and economical solutions. Proficiency in an extensive range of architectures, analytical and design techniques, database technologies, programming languages, and Business Intelligence. Extensive analytical abilities and technical skills to isolate problems, fix immediate needs, analyze all ramifications, and implement complete solutions. Define, organize, plan, and execute projects from vision through implementation.

Required Skills & Experience-Bach degree or higher in computer science, engineering, related discipline or equivalent experience and technical training.-5+ years of experience in QA automation testing-Experience using TOSCA to automate test cases-Solid understanding of SCRUM and development-Solid verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in audience-appropriate terms.-Solid expertise in designing, writing, and automating test cases.
