Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.Technical Skills:Proficient in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.Knowledge of Salesforce security model and data model.Experience with Salesforce declarative features, such as Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect).Experience with other CRM systems or cloud platforms.Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and custom component development.Familiarity with data migration and ETL processes for Salesforce.
