JOB SUMMARY
The stocker sets up necessary stock and supplies and maintains stock throughout shift.
ESSENTIAL DUITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(May include, but is not limited to the following)Follow Sanitation Safety Procedures and Daily Sanitation GuidelinesUtilize proper hand washing techniquesMaintain beverage dispensing machineClear and restock any of the side stationsResponsible for adhering to the maintenance calendarRun silverware and bus carts to dishwasherRestock dishware and silverwarePick up supplies from support kitchensRefill ice binsComplete cleaning assignmentsExemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and visionExemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culturePerform other job-related duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must have the ability to provide our guests with excellent customer serviceExcellent communication and observation skillsMust have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guestsHigh School diploma or equivalentPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ( May be required in order to perform the essential functions of the position)
Working with equipment where being safety conscious is requiredWorking in area where liquid and grease spills may occurWorking in a high stress environmentTypical restaurant environment with occasional crowds and accompanying noise levelsFrequent tobacco smokeMust be able to sort, write and count in EnglishMust be able to push/pull and lift/carry 50 pounds unassistedMust be able to tolerate repetitious hand/arm/wrist movementsMust be able to sit, stand, walk and grasp objectsMust have the ability to shift back and forth between 2 or more activities in a timely manner and the ability to complete eachAbility to move quickly and with energy

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS : Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech - both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills.
Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
