EXAMPLES OF WORKED PERFORMED SENIOR ACCOUNTANT:Prepare journal entriesAssist in reviewing and analyzing financial statementsReconciling accounts; preparing financial statementsReconciling bank accountsRecording journal entries for accounts such as depreciation, prepaid expenses, property tax accruals, payroll accruals, inventory/cost of goods sold entries, etc.Reviewing financial statements for accuracyAssist with development and implementation of accounting policies and proceduresAny other duties as directed by management.Perks that come with the job as Senior Accountant:

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:
Ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers; ability to communicate effectively with team members; positive attitude when working with peers; knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures.Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and 1 chargeable accident within the last three years.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Accounting degree required, 3 to 5 years of public accounting or industry experience required, QuickBooks experience preferred, comprehensive understanding of accrual accounting and GAAP.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:
To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
Heavy Work: Lifting up to 10 lbs. occasionally.
Work Environment: Indoor climate controlled environment.
