POSITION: Senior Financial Analyst
LOCATION: Bellemont, AZ
WORK TYPE: Full-Time, Onsite (with a little WFH flexibility)

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the financial health and operational success of the company. This is a dynamic and hands-on position, providing key insights through P&L reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and ERP implementation, along with other ad-hoc projects. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, the role offers a comprehensive view of the finance function and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy in P&L reports and perform detailed variance analysisPrepare the annual budget and oversee monthly forecastingGenerate ad-hoc financial reports as neededCollaborate with department leaders to review and analyze financial variancesAssist the project team in identifying trends, risks, and opportunitiesManage cash flow and treasury responsibilities, including maintaining rolling cash forecastsQualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance or a related field (required)5-10 years of relevant experience in finance or accountingStrong financial modeling skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)Interest in the manufacturing sectorA proactive approach with a commitment to learning and contributingStrong team player with a self-starting attitude
