Learn more at www.rmsmachining.com and www.cretexmedical.com.Toolroom Machinist Position SummaryThe Toolroom Machinist will be responsible to work in a precision tooling environment programming, setting up, and operating multiple types of Toolroom Equipment to manufacture multiple forms of tooling components from CAD models.1st Shift - Monday- Friday 6:00am to 2:30pmResponsibilities:Toolroom Machinist II Responsibilities:Program WEDMSetup WEDMOperate WEDMSurface Grind to Required TolerancesWEDM maintenanceAccurately fill out and complete paperwork related to the components being produced
Qualifications:Toolroom Machinist Position Requirements:Technical Degree or equivalent experience5 years of machining precision componentsCreate programs for WEDM using Esprit CAM softwareSetup WEDM machines to execute CAM generated programs to create components to print specificationsSetup and operate toolroom measurement equipmentSurface grind to required tolerancesFamiliar with 3D CAD software, particularly SolidWorksToolroom Machinist Preferred Requirements:Proficient in Mastercam, Esprit, SolidWorksMedical Device manufacturingProficient in learning/understanding multiple NC machine interfaces (Fanuc, Agie, Charmilles, Accurite, etc.)Basic skills and knowledge of Lean principles and toolroom process flowView Full Job Descriptionrms Company BenefitsAs a Cretex Medical company, rms offers a full benefit package to its employees.
