Employment Type:Full timeShift:Description:Position Purpose: Pharmacy 340B Coordinator serves as the primary program coordinator and liaison for 340B-related matters, is the compliance expert on 340B program details, policies and procedures and ensures 340B program integrity.What You Will Do:Ensures that policies and procedures for 340B are developed, implemented and maintained according to organizational and legal requirementsProvides ongoing training, education, and communication required for 340B programMonitors and assesses 340B guidance and rule changes, including, but not limited to HRSA/OPA rule and Medicaid changes. Collaborates with the Prime Vendor Program, pharmacy leadership, legal and compliance teams, to ensure the 340B program is continuously compliant with 340B federal regulationsResponsible for ensuring the annual HRSA recertification is completed on time, that HRSA 340B OPAIS is accurate for all organization entities, and that registration of any new child sites are within the allowable time frameDevelops, executes, and documents self-audits of the 340B process, including all contract pharmacies, points of service, purchasing accounts; coordinates and ensures remediation of findings.
