The resort was named the Jewel of the Desert since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration and has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 poolside bars, a gelato shop/caf, and in-room dining).Arizona Biltmore is a LXR Hotel & Resort by Hilton which is a hand-selected collection of unique luxury hotels, offering bespoke service and personal adventures in the worlds most intriguing locations. Massage Therapist , you would be responsible for performing massages and body treatments in a safe and professional manner on guests. This includes, but is not limited to, the following duties:Perform massages and body treatments on guests using safe and professional techniques.Maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform all massages and body treatments including towels, sheets, disposable panties, etc.Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility.Assist in any and all ways in the spa when not scheduled to perform services.Constantly maintain an up to date knowledge of the personal services performed.Answer all question related to services performed and products used.Perform other related services as assigned by manager.Remain on time for work and appointments.This is an
on-call
position, and you must be able to provide availability for one (1) day per week. The spa is open daily from 9am-7pm to include weeknds and holidays.Qualifications:Prior experience as a Massage Therapist requiredGraduate from an accredited school of massage therapyCurrent Arizona Massage Therapist License -
must be in good standing with the Arizona Massage BoardExcellent customer service skillsPassionate about providing exceptional experiences for othersProfessionalPrior experience in a resort spa, preferred.
