As a Payments and Fraud Analyst, you will work with our team of fraud analysts reviewing withdrawals and evaluating player activity to identify suspicious activity. The work requires attention to detail and extensive and accurate documentation. An interest in sports and sports betting is helpful, but not an absolute must.
What You Will Do:Carry out day-to-day tasks such as KYC, phone number and email change requests, reporting, escalations, and fraud investigationsEnsure that all day-to-day tasks are being completed in accordance with our standardsCollaborate with customer service teams to ensure that we continue to provide the best customer experience for our customersReport any adverse trends, issues and/or anomalies to the senior analystWhat You Will Need:
1 years of experience in the payments/fraud industry1 years of experience dealing with fraud1 years of experience dealing with internal and external escalationsStrong data analysis skills and Excel experience at a high level requiredAbility to problem solve and implement solutions quickly, often coordinating multiple teamsExcellent communication, organizational, operational, teamwork and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience working in a highly regulated industryOther Skills You Will Own:
Enthusiastic about working with revenuePassionate about internal/external customer serviceUnderstands the importance of establishing and maintaining positive relationshipsGood communicator and detailed orientedAble to maintain confidentialityPhysical Requirements:
Must be able to sit for extended periods of timeMust be able to type and talk on the phone for extended periods of timeRegular attendance in the office
