THE JOB:
As a Box/Ticket Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for show information and maintaining the ticketing systems.
THE DAY-TO-DAY: Monitor operations at the ticket counter to ensure that ticket agents maximize revenue and assist all guests promptly and effectively. Supervise Box Office Ticket Reps staff by assigning locations, managing breaks, and reassigning staff as needed. Assist the Ticket Reps at the counter when needed. Provide knowledgeable answers to guest questions; provide detailed information regarding the property amenities and local area. Drive employee engagement and guest experience through coaching, recognition, training, and development to enhance service standards and guest experience. Support the Ticketing Manager in maintaining all show or event inventory in Archtics, TM1, Patron, and/or VIPR. Report any system issues with Corporate Ticketing as well as ticketing partners. Assist the manager with conducting the training and development of newly hired ticket agents. Maintain internal and external show information (and outside property sales, if applicable) in the ticketing system; update information on all tours, shows, and other event sales. Analyze and provide feedback on existing procedures and special promotions to improve guest patronage. Ability to work all headlining shows in the Event Center and assist with Music Box as needed Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority Collaborate with front-of-house teams by assisting with issues or guest accommodation throughout the show. Manage the guest queue system, assembling or disassembling queues and stanchions. Pull financial settlement documents and reports for Finance and outside promoters at the end of the show. Be able to step in and lead in the manager's absence STARTING RATE:
$22.50
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High school diploma or equivalent Two (2) years of Ticket Office experience or live event experience Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays Has experience in Box Office/ticketing, events, live entertainment in a casino setting Basic knowledge of Ticketmaster, including: Archtics, TMOne and Host Can handle multiple tasks at one time Has a flexible schedule Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences Describes themselves as an energetic individual THE PERKS & BENEFITS:
