Seeking a resident manager for a quiet, well maintained, 40 unit senior housing complex in the Village of West Milwaukee.
On-site residency is required.
Experience with senior populations and with subsidized rental housing preferred but will train.
Duties include:
Light maintenance and repair,
Coordination with 3rd party contractors,
Preparing vacant units for re-occupancy,
Working with residents to assist with leasing issues.
Compensation includes:
Base salary,
Auto allowance,
Rent-free 2-bedroom apartment with appliances and utilities included.
