Residential A/V Installer , you'll be the hands-on expert delivering world-class installations for our high-end clients. We're searching for someone who thrives on problem-solving, loves technology, and takes pride in their work.
You're a Great Fit If You:
Have
2+ years
of experience installing TVs, speakers, networking equipment, and motorized shades.Are skilled in
low-voltage wiring
and have experience programming A/V systems.Know your way around
Lutron, Savant, Sonos, and WiFi networks
(a big plus!).Enjoy traveling to diverse job sites and working with high-profile clients.Have a
customer-first mindset
and a commitment to exceeding expectations.Solve problems proactively and see projects through to the end.Communicate effectively with clients, builders, and teammates.Can lift
75 pounds , climb a
12-foot ladder , and perform hands-on installations.Have a
valid driver's license
and are available to work
1 weekend per month .What You'll Do:
Install
TVs, speakers, motorized shades, and other A/V equipment.Build and set up
AV racks
and program home automation systems.Troubleshoot
systems to ensure flawless performance.Interface with clients and builders to ensure a seamless experience.Work with the sales and design team to execute projects from start to finish.Perform
low-voltage wiring
