FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER (FNP)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and/or urgent care, with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role is essential to our team, providing comprehensive and personalized healthcare to patients of all ages. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality medical services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an NP looking to make a significant impact in a patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner in a Primary Care clinic, your duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, including health assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and health education.2. Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to manage patients' health needs, including coordinating referrals to specialists.3. Developing and implementing patient care plans, including prescribing medications and therapies as necessary.4. Conducting regular follow-ups with patients to monitor their health status and effectiveness of treatment plans.5. Participating in continuous education and training programs to stay updated with the latest medical research, treatments, and practices.6. Ensuring all patient records are accurate, updated, and in compliance with legal and ethical standards.7. Promoting health awareness and disease prevention among patients and their families.

Qualifications

1. A Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.2. Current and valid state Nurse Practitioner license.3. 1 year of experience is preferred, will consider new grads!4. Strong knowledge of disease prevention, diagnosis, rehabilitation, and healthcare management.5. Exceptional clinical skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach to care.7. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
