Overview:

Detail-oriented Senior Accountant with a deep understanding of financial statements and strong skills in financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of our company's financial information and compliance with accounting standards. This position requires a proactive individual who can collaboratewith cross-functional teams, lead financial reporting processes, and provide insights for decision-making.

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.Detailed knowledge of the closing processes, ensuring that all financial data is accurately captured, reconciled, and reported in accordance with standards and internal policies.Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance.Coordinate with auditors, ensuring all documentation and financial statements are accurate and audit-ready.Assist in gathering information for internal end of month financial reporting.Conduct detailed financial analysis and variance reporting, comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets, and providing explanations for differences.Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement best practices for greater efficiency and accuracy.Experience consolidating foreign subsidiaries for quarterly financial statements, including converting foreign currencies to USD.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in AccountingCPA or advanced degree is preferredPrevious managerial experience.Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent analytical skillsProficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skillsPhysical Requirements:
