Overview:
Cordoba Corporation is seeking a Program Scheduler for the Education Sector. As a Program Scheduler, youll play a pivotal role in managing construction project schedules. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining schedules, monitoring project updates, performing quality assurance, and creating conceptual what-if schedules. With a minimum of five years experience in scheduling for educational facilities or public works projects, proficiency in Primavera, and excellent communication skills, youll contribute to our dynamic team.Responsibilities:Develops and maintains program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for construction projects of various typesMonitors and actively participates in project and program scheduling issues while administering best practices and standardsObtains accurate and timely program schedule updates from project teams and performs QA/QC on information receivedCreates and develops conceptual what-if schedules for multiple project types including large complex multi-year projectsPerforms Critical Path analyses and Earned Value analysesPrepares ad-hoc reports and analyses as directed by managementQualifications:
Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management ORGraduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelors degree in any course, but with additional two (2) years of experience in Construction Scheduling to compensate for the required education.Minimum of five (5) years
