There are tons of room for progression internally or within another business unit so it is the perfect time to join!Job DescriptionAccounting Supervisor Responsibilities:Manage 3 direct reports - 2 AP and 1 ARManage the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and standards.Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis, and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.Support external auditors during the annual audit process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and implement process improvements as needed.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
