Prepares and administers medications charts as required
Administers treatments
Consults with physicians
Communicates with director of nursing and staff
Job RequirementsLong term care experience preferred
Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in IN
Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills
Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
