Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

We are seeking an Litigation Associate Attorney to join our esteemed Legal team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to be involved in a broad range of civil and fraud litigation matters. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including civil and fraud litigation, while working collaboratively with our team of skilled attorneys. This role demands a high level of professional ethics, an exceptional understanding of legal principles and procedures, and a commitment to providing top-quality legal services to our clients.

Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in civil litigation or fraud litigation.
  • Admission to the state bar in Massachusetts
  • Proven track record of successfully litigating disputes, managing client relationships, and balancing multiple cases and responsibilities.
  • Proficient in legal research tools and litigation software.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to draft and review legal documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and empathize with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, but also collaboratively, in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of professional ethics and integrity.
  • Willingness to keep up with changes in law, new trends, and advancements in the legal industry.
