As an Estate Planning Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients on estate planning matters. You will work closely with clients to develop and implement comprehensive estate plans that meet their unique needs and objectives.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive estate plans for clients
  • Advise clients on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
  • Draft and review legal documents related to estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
  • Conduct legal research on estate planning issues and stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Attend client meetings and communicate legal advice in a clear and concise manner
  • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Represent clients in court proceedings related to estate planning matters

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the Florida Bar
  • 4+ years of experience in estate planning, including trust and estate planning
  • Strong knowledge of estate planning laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to client service
