Using a variety of analysis and data-science techniques, you’ll help stakeholders understand how Front’s leads and customers engage with us, identify opportunities for optimization, and measure the success of marketing initiatives.What you will be doing:Become a trusted strategic partner with the GTM organization by using data to deliver actionable insights which help address the business's biggest areas of opportunityDesign and build models to support attribution, customer segmentation, automated monetization motions and predictive modeling around grown and churnEvangelize and drive adoption to the data products that you developIdentify and measure the success of expansion efforts through forecasting, goal setting and monitoring key funnel metrics and conversion ratesMinimum Qualifications:5+ Years of Experience in Data Science or related fields, with a focus on customer expansion Proficiency in SQL and another data manipulation programming language (e.g Python, R)Expertise at telling stories with data and familiarity with at least one visualization tool (e.g. Tableau, Omni, Looker, R-Shiny, Microstrategy, SAP Business Objects, Looker, etc.)Understanding of attribution modeling with a focus on Existing Business / Expansion An understanding of the SaaS business model and key funnel metricsExperience in customer segmentation and personalization efforts Experience driving projects or programs which have had proven impact on business strategy and performance through your analytics skillsAbility to craft analysis into well-written and persuasive contentDesirable Qualifications:7+ Years of Experience in Data Science or related fields OR 5+ Years of experience in Data Science along with a post-graduate degree or equivalent in a related fieldExperience utilizing causal inference for marketing measurementExperience influencing functional leadership and above to adopt data solutionsAn understanding of both uncovered and covered expansion motions Experience in applying statistical concepts (e.g. regressions, A/B tests, clustering, probability) to business problemsFront provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age or disability.
