Vaco is excited to partner with a well-established organization in the education sector to recruit an experienced HR Director. Our client is dedicated to enhancing learning experiences through traditional and modern approaches, with a global network spanning North America and international locations.
Job Summary:
The HR Director will manage the Human Resources function globally, focusing on strategies that drive organizational growth and promote a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead global HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Oversee talent management, ensure compliance with employment laws, and maintain a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance employee engagement and productivity
  • Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and performance management
Qualifications:
  • 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant HR certification preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven record in strategic HR management
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in multiple regions
  • Experience in global or multi-regional settings with an understanding of cross-cultural dynamics

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
