Seeking a Family Medicine physician to work with collaborative and compassionate group of Caregivers.

Join a clinic utilizing a medical home model of care working directly with a group of clinicians to provide collaborative, evidence-based care while working in a large medical clinic with clinicians in family medicine, internal medicine and other specialties. On-site lab and X-ray.

Requirements:

  • M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree
  • Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine Residency
  • Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon prior to hire)
