As a Senior Consultant, you will write code, test, and debug as you implement and deliver for our clients. As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for delivering a quality implemented solution in a timely manner and to our client's satisfaction. This involves collaborating closely with the client and project team to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and other teams to ensure delivery.Basic QualificationsAt least 2-6 years related work experience.Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.Preferred QualificationsExperience in healthcare industry technologies.Experience with working both individually and in teams.Familiar with HL7.Experience with programming in vb.net, c#, Java, or similar programming language.Key ResponsibilitiesWrite and configure code for new and upgraded solutions in accordance with technical specifications.Make enhancements to existing software with minimal direction.Participate in code reviews and identify moderate issues or deviations from best practices.Debug and document root cause analysis and resolution.Identify process improvements at team level to support operations and development ecosystem.Provide software release support.Utilize critical thinking skills and independent judgment to resolve technical issues.Maintain open and clear communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between the team’s work and project objectives.Perform other responsibilities as assigned.Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.Disclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Salary and BenefitsUS: Hiring Range: from $24.86 to $60.63 per hour; from $51,700 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
