Position - Warehouse Supervisor and Supply ChainLocation: Houston, TXSalary Range: $70k - $90k + BenefitsFull Time
Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin required. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China.
Job Description:Achieve warehouse performance objectives, particularly by establishing daily management methods for warehouse operations excellence.Define cost-saving, productivity, and service level improvement opportunities; measure performance, analyze opportunities, improve and control performance, constantly aiming to establish outstanding customer satisfaction, speed inbound to outbound cycle time, and eliminate errors.Maintain receiving, warehousing, and outbound operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.Communicate closely with internal and external warehouse customers; report to management and group internal stakeholders.Comply with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforce adherence to requirements; advise management on needed actions.Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.Maintain physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, including automated sorting machinery; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; reporting to management.Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.About Us:Founded in 2009, IntelliPro stands as a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
