We are looking for a Sales Associate at our store in Walnut Creek, CA. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience and solid working knowledge in a retail store environment.

The Sales Associate will have a working knowledge of all things UNTUCKit, along with a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service.CORE VALUES - Be Kind, Own It, Work Together, Communicate, Mentor and HAVE FUN!Responsibilities:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales serviceAssess customers' needs and provide information on our products, features, and benefitsCreate a fun, relaxed environment for customers to feel comfortable shoppingActively maintain a tidy sales floor and stockroomBe a self-starter when doing tasksJuggle multiple customers at a timeA team player who possesses the ability to work together in a learning cultureBe a vital part of brand decisions with customer feedback and observationsOwn personal sales goals, along with team goalsMinimum Requirements:Work experience as a sales associateBasic understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesProficiency utilizing Apple technology and Omnichannel POS systemsSolid communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer service focusHigh school degree; BA/BS degree would be a plusWork Hours:Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store/Company needsDependable attendance and punctuality are requiredComfortable working alone and opening/closing the storeFlexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidaysHours: 5 hours or more as neededBenefits:Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity)Short Term & Long Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentWellness ResourcesPay Range: $17-$18 hourly rate
