Job Description
We are currently seeking 3 open IN-OFFICE positions with Allstate. We are in search of 1 diligent Spanish speaking Customer Service Representative (CSR) and 2 English, Chinese, or Spanish speaking Licensed Sales Producer (LSP) to join our team in San Jose, California. As a Licensed Sales Producer, you'll be paid a commission and bonuses based on your monthly sales, along with a base salary based on your experience. The focus of an LSP is new business through data leads, cross-sells, walk-ins, phone-ups, and marketing campaigns. You MUST have your Property & Casualty (P&C) license if you are applying for the open LSP position.Both LSP and CSR have similar responsibilities. CSR's are not responsible for explaining coverages or writing and binding policies. Both positions are full-time.Customer Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous mannerAssist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product/service informationProvide accurate and timely resolution to customer issues or complaintsMaintain customer records by updating account informationUpdate policy requestsCollaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfactionConduct data entry and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactionsExperience:
Previous experience in insurance sales preferredStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent phone etiquette and active listening skillsAbility to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutionsProficiency in data entry and computer skillsBilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, Tagalog, Chinese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Cantonese is a plusBenefits:
