The Coordinator for the Statewide Human Trafficking Victim Services program will provide weekly supervision of the Resource Specialists to ensure that all victims and survivors of trafficking are treated with absolute respect and unconditional love. Supervision will include ensuring that all services provided are on time, appropriate and are trauma informed. They will provide supervision to the HTVS Behavioral Health Specialists. They will lead the team in supporting law enforcement by providing potential victims with resources during and after contact with law enforcement. They will connect with other NGOs throughout the state to enhance the array of available services for victims.Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide training, supervision, and support to the Resource Specialists across the State.Provide weekly case management supervision of the Resource Specialists.Assign new referrals to the appropriate Resource Specialists based on language, region, and case capacity.Provide non-clinical supervision and support to the HTVS Behavioral Health Specialists.Review all progress notes for accuracy and completeness.Schedule the monthly on-call support calendar.Provide on-call support on a rotating schedule.Ensure the HTVS team provides prompt response to the 24/7 call center.Develop and manage relationships with law enforcement agencies on the county, local, state, and federal levels.Support staff at law enforcement operations and raids.Grow the list of available resources for survivors by developing and maintaining relationships with NGOs and other social service providers.Attend and participate in coalition and task force meetings as assigned by the supervisor.Develop and maintain relationships with the COCs across the State.Develop and manage relationships with the Counties Victim Witness Coordinator.Develop and maintain a relationship with the Victim of Crime Compensation Office.In collaboration with the Senior Director of Services ensure that all practices and procedures remain up to date with the industry's best practices.Stay abreast of new trends and developments as it relates to the anti-human trafficking field.Check and respond to emails within 24 business hours.Check and respond to work voicemail messages within 24 business hours.Complete staff performance reviews and plan for improvement as necessary.Document all weekly supervisions.Conduct weekly HTVS staff meetings.Approve all time off requests and approve payroll.Ensure compliance and adherence with all information and data input.Interview, hire, and train new employees as needed.Any tasks as assigned by the supervisor.Provide on-call services to victims of human trafficking (rotating schedule).Applicant must be available to work Monday thru Friday (Day Shift).Applicant must be available to work On-call Monday- Sunday and on holidays, on a rotating basis.This is a three-year grant position which may or may not be renewed.Experience and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred with at least 3 years of experience working with Human Trafficking Survivors.Must demonstrate basic computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel, and SalesForce and ETO knowledge preferred.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.Experience in cultivating relationships across multiple disciplines in various settings.Flexible, dynamic, and creative problem solver.Valid NJ Driver’s License with an insurable driving record.Must have own transportation.Individuals with lived experience of human trafficking are strongly encouraged to apply.Benefits:
