At GDIT you’ll be at the forefront of innovation and play a meaningful part in improving how agencies operate.HOW A CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:Windows Operating System: Perform system diagnosis, troubleshooting, system administration and configuration of different flavors, and versions of Microsoft Windows Operating System.MAC Operating System: Perform system diagnosis, troubleshooting, system administration and configuration of different flavors, and versions of macOS (Operating System).Technical and Analytical Competency: Keep abreast of technology developments, learn new hardware and software, comprehend product limitations, analyze technical issues, and communicate technical information clearly to clients.Organizational Competency: Follow technical instructions, multi-task, prioritize and schedule work, and meet established deadlines.Interpersonal Competency: Listen actively, render empathy, maintain professional demeanor in frustrating situations, and write concise reports, e-mails, and memos.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.Experience:

The likely salary range for this position is $75,582 - $102,258. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
