Title: Impact Strategy Analyst

Location: Dallas, Texas (REQUIRED)Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: HYBRID RoleSkills: Must have experience with environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting (REQUIRED)The Impact Strategy Analyst is responsible for supporting the VP, Impact Strategic & Governance and Chief Impact Officer with a methodical approach to collecting sustainability & ESG data and conducting gap and other analyses to support external reporting strategy. As a contributor to the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) efforts, helping to achieve greater ESG transparency and disclosure, this role will support the development and strengthening of processes, and assist with tracking and responding to information requests from investors, customers, and other stakeholders, along with rating and ranking surveys. The role will also serve as a coordinator to internal rating and rankings steering committee.Responsibilities:Collects enterprise-wide ESG data and supporting documentation for external and internal reporting needs.Collaborates with cross-functional partners across the organization to maintain database of key data inputs needed for external reporting, stakeholder requests and senior leadership and Board engagement.Manages the completion of stakeholder and rating/ranking surveys.Develops templates, standardized reports, and scorecards for management purposes, and for external and internal reporting.Supports the completion of the annual Impact Report.Compares and contrasts data requirements for various stakeholder surveys to identify data gaps, improve reporting, and recommends enhanced data collection processes.Conducts research and peer benchmarking to support strategic planning, goal setting and conversations with stakeholders.Monitors emerging issues and trends with the organization as requested, presentations.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Economics desired.Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience required.Must have strong analytical skills and excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.Good communication and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.Strong project management and organizational skills.Naturally a self-starter and very results oriented.A background and understanding of voluntary environmental reporting protocols, like the GHG Protocol, Scope 3 Protocol and Food Loss and Waste Protocol are a plus.Experience with environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting frameworks like GRI, CDP, SASB and TCFD is beneficial.Experience with ESG technology platforms like Workiva.Demonstrated ability to multi-task and drive project initiatives without losing momentum.Must be authorized to work in the US. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
