Could fluctuate based on unit needs/surges Unit Systems: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:Minimum Years of Experience: 2 yearsTraveler Experience: Must have travel experience (no 1st time travelers)Locals Accepted : YesSkills: Vents, IV Start, PA Lines, Telemetry.Certs: ACLS, BCLS and NIH. In crisis needs, traveler may be asked/required to float to other units to assist with care as well.Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. PATIENT DIAGNOSES:Medical and surgical intermediate and critical care level patients. UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication, Documentation, Communication):Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR SCHEDULING TYPE:Unit leadership schedules per needs. UNIT ORIENTATION:12 hoursHospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day.
