We want you to have a sense of belonging and feel valued for your contributions and the perspectives you bring.Summary:As a member of the P&C Operations group, the P&C Administrator supports administrative and operational aspects of HR and payroll and all points of the employee life cycle. The P&C Administrator provides best-in-class customer service for employee’s HR and payroll related needs, builds and manages streamlined processes, optimizes technology, and delivers insights. The P&C Administrator will require a broad knowledge of payroll, benefits, various systems administration and serve as the main point of contact for the Services employee population for the Americas.Requirements:Leads day-to-day administrative processes, which may include background checks and drug screening, onboarding, performance management, etc. (45%)

Continuously improves processes, optimizes systems and vendors to provide excellent employee experience, and improves efficiency.Owns day-to-day relationships with vendors that are Services specific.Collaborates with client services and total rewards to ensure processes are consistent within the Americas.

Actively manages employee data within Services specific systems such as ADP HRIS (20%)

Supports configuration and ongoing system support within HR systems, which may include ATS, pre-hire onboarding, ADP, My Apps.Maintains a hands-on approach to ensuring employee data is accurate and trustworthy.Enters all deductions for payroll. Enters all benefit changes/updates in system.

Provides best in class employee experience in addressing employee questions and educating employees on HR Services programs: (20%).

Acts as first line for employee questions for all points of employee life cycle and supports escalated employee questions, which require a higher level of subject matter knowledge.Manages the onboarding process for Services employees ensuring they are given the necessary tools, training and resources.Creates and owns knowledge articles, employee job aids, and FAQ documents.Partners with program managers and Global P&C to ensure that P&C events are effectively marketed across our available suite of tools and communication channels. (e.g., SharePoint)Serves as the subject matter expert on all benefits for employees. Is responsible for administering all benefit enrollment and deductions in appropriate systems.

Leads and supports strategic initiatives within the HR client services space. (10%)

Utilizes HR subject matter expertise and critical mindset to identify opportunities.

Resolves entry level employee relations issues and escalates more complex issues to a P&C Business Partner.Coaches and trains all managers and employees on company policies and procedures.Assists in recruiting activities such as job description creation. May assist in interviewing candidates.Processes payroll through ADP. Must be knowledgeable and have minimal experience with processing payroll and understanding tax and benefit deductions.Collaborates to create and implement solutions.Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.Presents, supports, and leads-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.Challenges others during decision-making processes and constructively manages through feedback effectively.Creates assets for and engages in event coordination to support HR program events occasionally.Coordinates and provides backup support for employee lifecycle administrative processes: benefits enrollment, tuition reimbursement, promotion processing, etc.Contributes to the direction of the HR systems (ATS, LMS, HRIS) roadmap and planned enhancements.Safety:Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.Qualifications:Highschool/GED is required.Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.3+ years of HR related experience is required.Ability to travel 5-15% is required.A high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness is required for the completion of assigned work.Intermediate knowledge of HR processes across multiple areas.Intermediate knowledge of payroll processing.High level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Demonstrates continuous efforts to improve HR processes with eye to employee experience.Must have aptitude and ability to learn new HR processes and systems.Good communicator (written and verbal) and able to build strong, effective relationships with team members and internal customers.Ability to work independently and within a team while assuming responsibility; ability to prioritize.Demonstrated intermediate critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.Functional competencies include customer focus, attention to detail, teamwork, excellence, continuous improvement.Bi-lingual in Spanish required.Anticipated base salary range:

$26.52/hr. - $31.20/hrThe final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
