As a Senior Account Executive, you will be the key driver of our brand sales efforts, responsible for generating e-commerce brand leads, building relationships, and closing deals. Your efforts will directly impact Wayward's growth and success, making you an integral part of our team.This Role is Perfect for You if You Have:1-2 years of proven sales experience with a track record of succeeding with cold outreach in ambiguous environmentsBachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred)Experience working in startups is a plusA fearless approach to challenges, ready to learn from failuresStrong familiarity with social media platforms and/or influencer marketingFamiliarity with the Amazon seller ecosystem is a huge plusExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA desire to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentEagerness to contribute ideas and adapt to a dynamic startup cultureWillingness to collaborate in-person at least 3 days per week in our Bellevue, WA office.Your Key Responsibilities:Generate your own e-commerce brand leads through cold outreach, tapping your network, and making cold callsBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential brand customers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutionsDrive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rateCollaborate with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to align sales strategies with business objectivesContinuously monitor and report on sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvementStay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales tacticsWhat We Offer:A collaborative, inclusive, and supportive teamOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCompetitive salary and benefits packageA unique chance to grow with a rapidly expanding startupSalary range:
