We are currently looking for a

Channel Sales Manager

to join us in our mission to save lives and prevent injuries.

Position Highlights:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to develop and execute our chapter & channel sales strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our network of channel partners to drive revenue growth and market penetration. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for building and nurturing partner relationships. You should be able to think strategically, adapt to changing market conditions, and drive results through indirect sales channels.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targetsIdentify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reachBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partnersProvide training, support, and resources to partners to enhance their sales effectivenessCollaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling value propositions for channel partnersMonitor and analyze channel sales performance, providing regular reports to managementCoordinate with other sales channels to avoid conflicts and maximize overall salesAttend industry events and trade shows to network and expand the channel partner baseNegotiate contracts and close deals with channel partnersWe’re Looking for Someone with:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner managementProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of channel sales strategies and distributor managementProficiency in CRM software and sales reporting toolsStrategic thinking and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel as required for partner management and sales eventsThis is a remote roleSalary for this role is $100,000 base with a sales performance planReasons You’ll Love it here:
