We are looking for a PT Sales Associate at our store in The Westchester Mall. The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience and solid working knowledge in a retail store environment.

The Sales Associate will have a working knowledge of all things UNTUCKit, along with a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service.CORE VALUES: Be Kind, Own It, Work Together, Communicate, Mentor and HAVE FUN!UNTUCK your Career:Responsibilities:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.Assess customers' needs and provide information on our products, features, and benefits.Create a fun, relaxed environment for customers to feel comfortable shopping.Actively maintain a tidy sales floor and stockroom.Be a self-starter when doing tasks.Juggle multiple customers at a time.A team player who possesses the ability to work together in a learning culture.Be a vital part of brand decisions with customer feedback and observations.Own personal sales goals, along with team goals.Minimum Requirements:Work experience as a sales associate.Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Proficiency utilizing Apple technology and Omnichannel POS systems.Solid communication and interpersonal skills.Customer service focus.High school degree; BA/BS degree would be a plus.Work Hours:Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store/company needs.Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.Comfortable working alone and opening/closing the store.Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.Hours: 5 hours or more as needed.Benefits:Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision).Retirement Plan (401k).Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D).Paid Time Off (& Public Holidays).Short Term & Long Term Disability.Training & Development.Casual working environment.Wellness Resources.Pay Rate: $16-17/hour.
