.Primary Objective:We are seeking an experienced and hands-on

Development Operations Manager or Team Lead

with a strong technical background in AWS services. This role combines technical leadership with active participation in development and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS services like EKS, Lambda, and API Gateway, along with a deep understanding of security best practices aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework.Responsibilities include:Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineersDedicate approximately 70% of time to hands-on technical tasksDesign, implement, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure using services like EC2, S3, EKS,, Cloudfront, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, and DocumentDBEmploy infrastructure-as-code tools such as CloudFormation or TerraformImplement security best practices and ensure compliance with AWS security standardsManage security, high availability, and disaster recovery for AWS environmentsDevelop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Github Actions, GitLab CI, or Bitbucket PipelineAutomate deployment, scaling, and management of applicationsCollaborate with development teams to enhance processes and operational excellenceDrive the adoption of DevOps practices across the organizationTroubleshoot deployment issues and optimize system configurationsRecommend and implement infrastructure improvementsPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsEducation & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldAWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional(Required)AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional (Required)

Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, DocumentDB, MongoDB, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, EKS, and API GatewayStrong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like CloudFormation or TerraformExperience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)5+ years with Linux/Unix systems administrationProficiency in scripting languages such as Python and BashExperience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of AWS security services and best practices3+ years in a supervisory role within a DevOps environment

Technical Skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficient with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK stack)Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilitiesCapable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
