We are looking for an

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)

to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery. You will also be responsible for educating patients and families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to provide high-quality nursing care with minimal supervision. You will faithfully follow health and safety guidelines. The goal is to promote patients' well-being by providing high-quality nursing care.

Responsibilities:

Assist in ensuring quality nursing care to all residents/patients, supporting the philosophy, nursing objectives, and standards of the Department of Nursing.

Ensure that the nursing department is adequately staffed to provide quality care to patients/residents.

Ensure the provision of in-service/staff development programs that comply with all state and federal regulations.

Provide clinical expertise to facilitate and support the nursing process in patient/resident interventions.

Assist in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for patients/residents, employees, and visitors.

Act as Director of Nursing in their absence as designated by the DON.

Exercise administrative and functional supervision over nursing personnel as directed by the Director of Nursing.

Requirements:

A minimum of 1-2 years of management experience.

A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Valid RN nursing license in the state of

Wisconsin .
