market to recruit and hire a
Lawn Care Manager
to join their team. As a lawn care manager, you provide lawn estimates and applications to residential or commercial customers.Benefits:Top-of-market compensation: Range of $48k to $60k+Health Care, DentalRetirement Plan (401k) with Employer matchPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Holidays)Short-Term & Long-Term DisabilityTraining & DevelopmentQualifications:High school diploma/GED or six (6) months to one (1) year of related experience and/or training in agronomy, horticulture, and/or customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.Valid North Carolina driver's license.Valid North Carolina Pesticide license (or be willing to take the exam).Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):Apply fertilizers and pesticides to lawns in accordance with established schedules, safety procedures, and label instructions.Respond promptly to customer requests for telephone and in-person service visits.Complete necessary production forms and follow customer instructions.Ensure cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance of vehicles and equipment.Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.Address any miscellaneous issues that may arise in day-to-day operations.Required Skills:Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Proficient mathematical skills for calculating figures and amounts, including square footage, percentages, and discounts.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills, with punctuality for on-time attendance.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:This position involves physical demands, and the candidate must meet the following criteria to perform the essential job functions successfully:Ability to lift 50-pound bagsWork outdoorsSit/stand and drive to complete a daily routeInteract with customers
