Our account management model is at the heart of our client-centric approach to delivering integrated real estate solutions.About the Role:As a CBRE Procurement Manager, you'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service providers for outsourced services. You will support a Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical client with the development and execution of sourcing and procurement strategies.What You’ll Do:Work with business customers, operational shared services team members, and sponsors to develop, coordinate, and implement strategy at local and regional levels.Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business documents in support of the purchase of goods and services.Review the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals. Inform peers and corporate management staff of changes or results.Manage supplier and contractor certification process. Conduct periodic visits to supplier work locations to review vendor performance.Mentor and educate on contemporary outsourcing practices and the value of applying them.Analyze account-wide facility management services spend, suppliers, operations, and statement of works to find opportunities for value creation.Assist with crafting RTFs, selecting solutions, and negotiating. Prepare and maintain contracts with national and regional service providers. Ensure contracts adhere to company standards.Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. Deal with sensitive issues.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.What You’ll Need:Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.Prefer sourcing & procurement experience with vendor management in the Facilities Management and/or Project Management/Capital Projects.Must be analytical/data-driven.Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mentality.Advanced math skills.
