Are you ready to launch a career at BlueHalo?Job SummaryBlueHalo is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join its Department of the Air Force (DAF) Intelligence Services Division. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills and extensive experience in program management, with a deep understanding of processes that drive successful team performance. Reporting directly to the Division Vice President, this role oversees the entire portfolio of projects from start to finish. By working closely with customers to understand their needs and managing project portfolios, the Senior Program Manager plays a crucial role in expanding BlueHalo's mission support to Armed Forces and Intelligence Community customers.ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementDevelop project plans, schedules, and budgetsMonitor and manage project progress, milestones, and deliverables, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategiesCoordinate regular meetings and progress updates with the Division PMO team to ensure alignment and address concernsMonitor and manage project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecastsCommunication and Stakeholder ManagementEstablish effective communication channels with customers to understand their needs and maintain customer relationshipsEstablish effective communication channels with subcontractors, primes, and internal stakeholdersCollaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure timely procurement of project materials and servicesOperational Excellence and Strategic InitiativesCoordinate resource allocation and optimization in collaboration with the PMO Team and other staff membersIdentify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency enhancements, and lessons learnedStay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development, DevSecOps, automation, AI/ML, and project managementRequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in a relevant STEM or Program Management disciplineExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience with 5 years managing technical programsExperience developing and presenting schedule, financial, and/or technical briefingsExperience with/understanding of DoD contracting and acquisition processFamiliarity with software agile development principlesSkillsExcellent communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks efficientlyAbility to effectively resolve challenging technical problemsProven ability to perform under the stress of frequent interruptions and/or distractionsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Security ClearanceMust be a U.S. Citizen and hold current TS/SCI eligibilityDesired QualificationsExperience managing Analysis, Software Development, and R&D projects for DoD and IC customersMS or advanced degree in an engineering/program management fieldExperience with business intelligence reporting (e.g., PowerBI) and Microsoft ProjectFamiliarity with MASINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and all-source intelligence analysis
