The Position:
The Assistant Site Director position with British Swim School is responsible for the day-to-day operations at their school assignment(s) and ensuring that the entire British Swim School program is delivered with our required high-quality standards, and in a safe and timely manner.
Your Typical Responsibilities:
Help train and manage employees to maintain a smooth execution of daily operations.
Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
Address and document employee, customer, and pool incidents that occur.
Assist in scheduling of new swimmers, move ups and day-to-day scheduling.
Teaching classes if needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Reliable.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of customer service and/or management experience.
Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid Certifications, may be obtained during training.
