Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our Hyperbaric Oxygen and regenerative medicine center. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, and collect payment information. You will also be an educator and assist with our wellness therapies such as hyperbaric oxygen, red light bed, IV hydration lounge, and help to sell memberships including bioidentical hormone therapy. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Sell memberships
Educate patients on our services
Qualifications:
Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Familiar with computers and scheduling software
Excellent multi-tasking skills
Interest in biohacking therapies, wellness, functional medicine, and nutritional supplements
Best candidate has experience with membership sales and working at a spa, gym, or wellness center.
