Position DescriptionThe Online Learning Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of Eager-to-Learn and Anytime Learning program and product management, a state-of-the-art online learning program for Early Childhood Educators.The Eager-to-Learn and Anytime Learning programs are both instructor-led courses that offer early childhood educators the opportunity to learn from experts in the field and engage with other providers and self-paced, flexible courses for educators to learn at their own pace.Duties & Responsibilities

Project Management of the Eager-to-Learn and Anytime Learning programs.· Start to finish management of project plans, timelines, and resources.· Communicate major system updates, product releases, and testing plans for platforms to internal staff and appropriate partners.· Create and implement program policies.· Oversee advisory council and collaborate with the Child Care Aware training system, Department of Children Youth and Families, and other stakeholders to maintain and improve online learning.· Collaborate with the Child Care Aware marketing department and outside vendors to implement advertising strategies.· Monitor and ensure contract work plans and deliverables and create and submit contract reports.· Communicate Eager-to-Learn updates to internal and external stakeholders.Product management of platform technology, vendors, and contracts.· Regularly meet with technology vendors to discuss upgrades, plan sprints, and report any issues with the learning management system.· Participate in contract negotiations as needed between vendors and Child Care Aware to make sure the contract reflects the work and services provided, including those identified in our work plan.· Use data to identify areas for Eager-to-Learn platform improvement.Lead, direct, and supervise the Eager-to-Learn and Anytime Learning program staff.· Assign duties, delegate tasks, and direct employees to execute assigned job responsibilities and contract deliverables.· Provide continuous feedback on employee performance, coach and provide training opportunities, and administer progressive discipline when needed.· Manage and balance staff schedules and time off requests and approve timesheets.· Communicate organizational information to staff and support employees’ participation in the organization’s priorities, mission, vision, and strategic direction.Manage and oversee the Eager-to-Learn program budget.· Collaborate with the Director of Workforce Development and the Associate Director of Finance to create a budget.· Regularly review and monitor the budget items related to online learning delivery.· Communicate with the Director of Workforce Development on budget needs and changes.· Submit contractor invoices as needed.Oversee program growth and development, including:· Providing oversight to the Eager-to-Learn team to recruit, train, and retain online instructors.· Working with DCYF, Eager-to-Learn staff, trainers, other departments and organizations to build and maintain curriculum catalog.· Working with staff, the Workforce Director, DCYF, and other stakeholders to review data collected through meetings, surveys, and district-wide meetings to identify areas for program improvement.· Collaborate with other Child Care Aware programs to support training delivery.Support the organization’s mission, vision, strategic plan, and anti-racism goals by participating in activities and professional development opportunities.· Participate in staff meetings, workgroups, or taskforces to assist with achieving the organization’s goals.· Assist Child Care Aware with implementing the organization’s strategic plans by embedding the goals into everyday work.· Participate in professional development activities to strengthen your understanding and skills around diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism.Qualifications

Four-year degree in instructional design, online learning, project management, or related fieldAbility to manage project plans, timelines, test plans, resources, and budgetsKnowledgeable about online learning management systems and instructional designExperience effectively leading and managing staff and teamsDemonstrated intercultural competency skills and experience working cross-culturally, with experience incorporating the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion into your workWorking Conditions· Full-time, non-exempt· Flexible scheduling, family-friendly work culture· Hybrid work arrangement that blends working virtually and onsite· May require sitting or stationary position for extended periods· Occasional travel within the metro area· This position reports to the Director of Workforce DevelopmentCompensation and Benefits

Salary Range· Hiring range is $54,849.60 - $67,184.00 depending on qualifications, plus an additional $2,000/year for lifestyle (pro-rated for part-time employees)Competitive Benefit Package
