Responsibilities

Baker

- Start from $16 (depends on experience): Baking recipes and preparing all desserts, general oven duties (checking dough conditioner), preparing all needed materials and ingredients, responsible for scaling and shaping of all breads, loaves, and pastries.

Caker

- Start from $16 (depends on experience): Responsible for scaling, decorating and producing all desserts, pastries and cakes, general knowledge of production methods and organization of confectionery production, learn new techniques and demonstrate proper techniques to new cake.

Team Leader

- Start from $16 (depends on experience): Providing excellent customer service to all customers, checking quality of all products for displays and organizing rotation of displays for all pastries and desserts, delegating duties between crew members on the floor and assigning the duties to be carried out, checking on the crew to ensure duties are completed.

Food Handler

- Start from $14 (depends on experience): Prepare a variety of sandwiches and salads, assist and support in all areas of the restaurant when needed, make dressings and sauces for sandwiches and pastries, ensure sandwich display is presentable for customers.

Retailer (Cashier)

- Start from $14 (depends on experience): Providing excellent customer service, checking quality of all products for displays and organizing rotation of displays for all pastries and desserts, making beverages and preparing coffee, keeping all areas of the store clean, refilling and organizing all pastries and beverages on display, operating POS system (Toast) and performing tasks such as cash handling and credit card processing with attention to accuracy.

Qualifications

Minimum High School Diploma/GED or some college.

Positive and passionate attitude.

High sense of integrity and ownership.

Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).

Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Time management, ability to prioritize and follow direction.

Adherence to food safety guidelines.

Proficient on Point of Sale systems, currently Toast.

High emotional intelligence with the ability to work with diverse teams.

Team player who fosters a collaborative and engaged environment.

Food Handler’s Certificate.

Effective communication skills and ability to multitask.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
