Location: Providence, Rhode IslandDescriptionJohnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager of Quality Management Systems (QMS) Operations! This position can be performed at any J&J Site in North America, with a preference for Raritan, NJ.Position Summary:Enterprise Quality is a comprehensive organization within J&J that focuses on ensuring the highest standards of quality & compliance. As the Senior Manager of QMS Operations, you will oversee the operations of the Johnson & Johnson's Technology Services QMS, focusing on quality metrics required for GxP decision making. Responsibilities include operational support for QMS processes such as Quality Planning, CAPA, Document Management, Training Management, and Supplier Management.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for delivery of QMS metrics, reports, and dashboards.Review and optimize key quality metrics for increased success.Provide QMS oversight and services for J&J Technology Services.Establish and maintain quality assurance standards adhering to GxP practices and ISO regulations.Implement process improvement projects within QMS elements.Support & lead inspections and communicate with J&J corporate organizations and Health Authorities.People ManagementIdentify critical skills for developing a high-performing QMS.Support the development of indirect reports through training and mentoring.Mentor talent to help them grow in their careers.QualificationsA Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Advanced or Master's degree preferred.8-10 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical/med device/biotech industry.Strong experience in managing analytics and visualization tools/systems.Advanced proficiency in Data Integrity, Testing, and Quality Management Systems.Strong understanding of Global and Regional GxP Regulations including FDA Quality Systems and ISO 13485.Other:This position may require up to 10% domestic & international travel.The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000-207,000 USD.
