works under the General Manager to lead Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation and Cultural Transformation of one or multiple Industrial Wastewater treatment facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect daily operations of facility operations, equipment and personnelManagement of Fleet (Dispatch, Maintenance, Emergencies)Training and Performance Management of team membersEnsure that the facility meets all Environmental Regulatory Compliance requirementsEnsure that the plant meets all Environment, Health, Safety and Security StandardsManagement of P&L reporting, variance explanations and forecastingProcess, track, and approve all AP invoicesLead Supply Chain to improve delivery and cost & quality of purchased goodsSupport GM with Business Case Development for projects (capital, expense, and personnel requirements)Develop and maintain customer relationshipsProvide coverage for plant operations as requiredWork directly with Sales team to grow a profitable businessMost Critical Functional/Technical Skills KnowledgeAbility to be hands-on or strategic, depending on the business situationComputer Experience- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Ability to utilize computer-based management systems efficientlyProficiency in treating oily wastewater and basic ChemistryUnderstanding of P&L Statements as well as ability to properly budget and forecastAbility to support company Health & Safety programsUnderstanding of Environmental Compliance related to industrial wastewater operationsFamiliarity with fleet management, DOT regulations, and logisticsAbility to coach and develop team members at varying performance levelsPrioritization, organization and ability to multitaskEthics & IntegrityFlexibility & AdaptabilityEffective Cost control processes/mechanisms and manage the facility expenses through a PO system.Maintenance ManagementPreferred ExperienceMinimum 5 years Management ExperiencePrevious experience with management of industrial wastewater & air permits, RCRA & Haz Waste ClassificationBudget and Forecast managementDegree preferred in relative field, but not requiredEnvironmental ComplianceSafety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Innovation, Cultural TransformationMaintenance Management & CMMS experienceAbout Valicor:Headquartered in Monroe, Ohio, Valicor is the largest provider of non-hazardous wastewater treatment services in North America.
