Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ultra Clean Technology (UCT). The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and minor repairs to buildings and facilities, leading daily activities of janitorial contractors, and ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
8-10 years of facility maintenance experience in large facilities (100K sq/ft or larger)
1-3 years of management experience
Experience with clean rooms highly desired
High school or tech school education and 3 years of factory-related experience in a maintenance environment
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Technical Skills:
Electrical systems
HVAC systems
Plumbing systems
Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Welding and machining experience
Basic welding and soldering experience
What We Offer:
Competitive salary range:
$85,000 - $90,000 per year
