Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job DescriptionEffectively track and report temp labor for lot operations.Oversee dispatching of in-op movement to and from various lot locations.Manage key log for vehicles with key repairs.Oversee van maintenance and schedule repairs in a timely manner.Manage license plate removals through effective communication to lot operations team members.Manage lot operations company equipment and effectively communicate to management when repairs are necessary.Prevent tracker leakage through accurate bi-weekly audits.Accountable for location’s tracker inventory and supporting tracker repair.Ability to review and comprehend the inventory analytics dashboard and adherence to project metrics.Enthusiastically promotes, communicates, and champions identified change, project adoption, and continuous improvement across operating units.Qualifications:MinimumHigh School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; or 5 years’ experience in a related field.Valid driver’s license required.Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.Basic mechanical knowledge of identifying (i.e., flat tires, low gas, jump starting vehicles).Required to stand, walk, reach, talk, and hear; vision abilities required to include close, distance and color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.Ability to lift 1-15 pounds.Must be able to walk long distances.Preferred6 months auction or driving experience preferred.Knowledge of lot operations/lot layout preferred.Knowledge of LDM preferred.Drug TestingTo be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
