The Housing Coordinator is responsible for the management of the Transitional Housing Program.Responsibilities
Convey a positive attitude towards job-related relationshipsConduct self in a professional manner in all work-related functionsResponsibility for general office duties as it relates to organizational needs of managing the Transitional Housing ProgramResponsibility for effective inter-agency communicationResponsibility for maintaining & updating filesAssist bookkeeper with maintaining financial recordsUtilize appropriate procedures for documenting housing paymentsFollow correct procedures in reviewing payment accommodationsPromote effective facility communicationsParticipate in continuing education opportunitiesQualifications
High school education, good communication skills, organizational skills, computer experience are preferredAbility to communicate orally, maintain confidentiality, and facilitate timely processing of housing applications, inspections, and property owner paymentsAbout our Line of Business
