We are searching for a quotations specialist to add to our growing team! Quotations specialists work under the direction of the Quotations Manager to help our sales teams quote new commercial, industrial, and large multi-family residential electrical construction projects. This position is customer-facing and requires great customer service skills and attention to detail. As a quotations specialist, you will communicate with vendors, customers, co-workers, etc.Reports to:
PC ManagerMinimum Qualifications:1 year of customer service experienceFluent with Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelBe able to write and speak in EnglishPreferred Qualifications:Multi-tasking abilities are a mustAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesDetail oriented and organizedAbility to work and communicate in a team atmosphereMust be a self-starterWorking Conditions:Working conditions will be standard to an office environment.Supervisory Responsibilities:
